Conceived as a complex of courtyards, pergolas, healing gardens, formal squares and health centres, conference and retail facilities, the Oasis concept seeks to elegantly capture a spirit of Hope and Healing in an environment that is restful, private and contained. The project was interupted by the Syria war in 2010.
