Four-storey, 35-unit Apartment Building is located at the corner lot of Dunblane Avenue and Imperial Street in Burnaby. Pedestrian access to the building through the residential lobby is on Dunblane Avenue. All required parking spaces are underground and have access from the back lane. The design concept was to create a building surrounded by a garden as a shared open amenity and also with private spaces. At ground level building received a sizeable indoor amenity space and several residential units with private patios and gardens. Separate access to the community garden leads to a small plaza with the garden seats and trellises. As architectural features, the top-floor units received raised ceilings and canopies above the balconies.
