Covenant House is the main provider of residential and out-reach services for youth in Vancouver who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of becoming unhoused. The phased project consists of a 5-storey building on the 1302 Seymour St. site, and a 10-storey on the 1280 Seymour St. site. Although separate buildings with different programs, Covenant House Vancouver’s two buildings, across the street from each other, have a common design language so that they are easily identifiable as belonging together.
