Project has been design as the multi-tenant industrial building of 24,380m2. Industrial units have variety of the design. Some are accessible from the bay and overhead door and some through loading bay for semi trailers. Each unit has been designed with a potential for mezzanine and contains office area and washrooms. Building facade emphasize modules of the industrial system of tilt up concrete panels construction.
