Maywood is a 32-storey, 100% residential transitoriented development in Burnaby, located in Metrotown and adjacent to Maywood Park. The building contains 298 homes. Amenities feature a lounge with kitchen, outdoor activity space, and a fully equipped gym. The design includes simple glazing patterns, vertical structural elements to emphasize the tower’s height, and a substantial brick base with landscaping.
