These ten suspended office towers are part of a large development consisting of residential and commercial complexes. The density of the site was considerably reduced by suspending the towers one floor above ground level. The design of the building is based on the West Coast Transmission building, the Vancouver prototype. Due to the smaller size of the buildings, the cable suspension system was modified to use only four continuous cables. The towers were constructed sequentially, a strategy that enhanced the speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the construction process.
