residential project

The project was designed as a vertical accent at the entrance to Surrey, visible from the bridge across the Fraser River. High-rise received fluid shapes with seamless transitions to mid-rise and townhome buildings. This approach gives a fluid spatial form to the building that creates urban dynamics. Outdoor recreational components were designed to continue the building's fluidity, expressed through structural and spatial relationships. Residential floors have been designed to introduce different types of units, from one, two and three bedrooms to the townhomes. All required parking spaces are located underground. Eco-friendly energy systems were designed to achieve a low-carbon footprint.
