Monogram is situated at the intersection of ceremonial Burrard Street and of Davie Street – the highstreet of Vancouver's West End and Davie Village. Approaching from Burrard Street the thin edge of the flatiron tower shape gestures welcome. At grade, the Corner Plaza features a major Public Artwork and invites visitors and guests into the West End. The project features a dynamic west-facing exterior Westcoast mosaic blind system providing solar shading and an ever changing kaleidioscope of colour to Davie Street.
