Stanton Territorial Hospital (STH) is a full-service acute care facility located on a brownfield site, enhancing healthcare for Northwest Territories and Western Nunavut residents, many of whom are Indigenous. Delivered as a public-private partnership (P3) between the Government of Northwest Territories and Boreal Health Partnership— including Bird Construction, Clark Builders, and Kasian—the project showcases collaboration and innovation. As the lead design firm, Kasian provided architectural and interior design services from the RFP phase to post-construction, coordinating numerous consultants. The new hospital, alongside the redevelopment of the existing facility and a future extended care facility, establishes a campus of care, improving healthcare access for the region.
