Vista is a 22-suite stacked townhouse project on Hastings Street in Burnaby designed for Timeless Developments. The project is built around a central courtyard which provides both access to the townhouses as well as a common central green space. Project floor area is 14,600 sf, with a mix of studio, 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom townhouses, all with an exterior front door. While Vista is strata-titled—permitting individual suites to be sold—Timeless are retaining the property for rental purposes. The project features pebbledash stucco and cement siding, along with standing seam metal roofs. Wood trim, fencing and balcony and roof soffits enrich the westcoast material palette. Large south facing balconies have generous glazing and wood lath trim.
