Both striking and sustainable, this medium-density residential design is intended to stand in strong contrast to the typical urban development in Zhengzhou, China. Following a competition-winning design entry, we designed a new 39,000 SM residential development. The project consists of 200 units comprising condominium, duplex apartment and townhouse building types, and incorporating sustainable design and planning concepts.
